If you searched "Grok Imagine workflows" or "Grok-to-video pipelines," you already know the potential. Grok Imagine, xAI's image generator, is now available on Lovescape. You use it to generate your image, then Lovescape's Unbound 2.5 video model takes that image and animates it. The image is the starting point. The video is where motion brings it to life.
Our rigorous moderation system actively prevents prohibited content from being generated in the first place. If your prompt violates our policies, it will be blocked before any generation occurs.
This is a practical workflow guide. What it involves, what it costs, and exactly which buttons to press.
Why complex workarounds create friction
Every platform has its intended use parameters. When you're trying to force a tool outside what it's built for, you're working against its design. This approach instead uses each model for what it does best: Grok Imagine for image generation, and Unbound 2.5 for video animation.
How this workflow functions
Here's what to understand: Grok Imagine generates the image. It's xAI's image model, available on Lovescape as one of the image engines. You use it to create a strong base image. Think of this as the still frame.
Unbound 2.5 animates it. Unbound 2.5 is Lovescape's image-to-video model. It takes your image and brings it to life with motion.
Reminder: All content created must comply with Lovescape's terms of service and community guidelines. Remember, you cannot upload external images or videos, the platform only works with natively generated content.
The flow is two stages: generate the image with Grok Imagine, then animate it with Unbound 2.5.
Part 1: Generate your image with Grok Imagine
This part is open to everyone. New accounts get free chips to start, and image generation costs 9 chips each.
Step 1. Open the image generator. Go to the image generator on Lovescape. You can reach it from the "Create" button, from any character's profile, or from the Image tab at the top of the generator.
Step 2. Open Advanced settings and select Grok Imagine. The model picker lives under "Advanced settings," not on the main screen. Open Advanced settings, find the model selector (it shows SDXL by default), and choose Grok Imagine from the list. It's tagged "HQ" and "Versatile" and costs 9 chips per image.
Step 3. Write your prompt. Describe the image you want as your base frame. The usual prompting rules apply: be specific about where the subject is, what they're wearing, and what they're doing. "On the bed, morning light, looking back over shoulder" gives the engine more to work with than "simple portrait." Specific beats long.
Note: Our moderation system scans prompts before generation. If your prompt violates our content policies, it will be blocked immediately.
Step 4. Generate, and regenerate until it's right. Tap "Generate image." The result appears in the gallery in about five to ten seconds. If the first one isn't perfect, run it again. Get this image right before moving on.
That's your base image. Now animate it.
Part 2: Turn that image into video with Unbound 2.5
This step takes your image and animates it.
Note: New video generation is a Premium feature. It costs 90 chips and requires a Premium or Creative PRO plan. If you're on the free tier, you'll hit the upgrade screen here.
Step 5. Open your generated image. Tap the image in your gallery. It opens full screen with an action bar along the bottom.
Step 6. Send it to the video generator. From the image, use the "Video" action. This loads your picture into the video generator as the source frame. Important: You cannot upload external images, the video generator only works with images created within Lovescape.
Step 7. Add an action or write a motion prompt. The video generator gives you two ways to direct the motion. Use the "Action" button to pick what the character should do, or type your own description in the prompt field, which holds up to 1,500 characters.
Our moderation system also checks video prompts and actions to ensure compliance before any processing begins.
Step 8. Generate the video. Tap "Generate video." Unbound 2.5 processes it server-side. The gallery shows a "Processing video" placeholder, and you get an in-app notice when it's done. New videos cost 90 chips. Extending video length costs 45 chips.
Important reminder: Content must comply with all platform policies and applicable laws. All content generation happens natively, external uploads are not supported.
That's the complete workflow. Grok Imagine for the image, Unbound 2.5 for the animation.
Tips for better results
- Get the image right before you animate it. The video is built on the still frame. Spend your iterations on the image first.
- Frame the image with motion in mind. Set up the pose so the action animates cleanly.
- Use the custom prompt when the action selector doesn't fit.
- Extend instead of regenerating. If a video is good and you just want it longer, extend it for 45 chips.
The practical summary
This method uses two specialized models: Grok Imagine generates your image, and Unbound 2.5 animates it into video.
Image generation is open to everyone at 9 chips. Video generation is a Premium feature at 90 chips.
Key safety note: Our comprehensive moderation system operates at both prompt and generation levels to prevent policy violations before they occur.
For creators exploring Grok Imagine workflows within appropriate creative boundaries, this offers a reliable pipeline that leverages each model's strengths. All content originates within Lovescape's ecosystem, no uploads, no external sources.
